he Social Ministry Handbook presents social ministry’s vision for social transformation, integrating human and social sciences with a faith perspective.
It is also designed as a reference companion for social ministers in the field, featuring a step by step methodology (the pastoral cycle) to facilitate life-giving change in social systems and in people’s consciousness, an introduction to various basic tools for ministerial action, and an orientation to some current areas of concern that cut across most of the field-work experiences.
