Human Resource Officer

he mission of the Human Resource Office is to offer quality and competent Human Resource services to Tangaza College as an institution through its qualified and professional staff. The HR Office meets the service demands of the College through the development and administration of Human Resource and College policies.

This office is innovative, motivated and resourceful in its duties and seeks to provide the best quality services to the Tangaza fraternity, by promoting a climate of hard work that values spiritual development and sensitivity to the needs of the college.

It also strives to continually monitor the changing impact of its service areas by updating the HR college policy procedures and embracing the rapid growth of technology as a whole.
Presently, Tangaza College has a teaching staff capacity of approximately one hundred and twenty members and management and support staff capacity of seventy five members categorized as follows:

• Finance Department
• Administration Department
• Human Resources Department
• Library Department
• Information Technology Department
• Office of the Registrar

The Human Resources Department shall remain abreast to changes impacting its areas of service by always looking for better ways to serve Tangaza College and its fraternity.
